1. Service Overview

Voice The Love Universal (VTLU) provides AI-powered digital marketing services designed to transform businesses through consciousness-aligned, ethical, and sustainable marketing practices. Our services leverage superintelligence-driven automation while maintaining human oversight to ensure quality, authenticity, and alignment with your brand values.

All services are delivered on a subscription basis with clearly defined deliverables, timelines, and performance metrics. We commit to transparency, ethical practices, and measurable results in every engagement.

2. Service Tiers & Deliverables

AI Content Mastery Tier

Our entry-level tier focuses on AI-powered content creation with human consciousness review. Deliverables include blog posts, social media content, newsletters, and SEO-optimized articles. All content is generated using advanced language models and reviewed by our team to ensure quality, accuracy, and brand alignment.

Brand Automation Tier

Mid-tier services include full social media automation, AI chatbot implementation, predictive analytics, and automated A/B testing. We provide real-time sentiment analysis and performance reporting to optimize your digital presence continuously.

Consciousness-Aligned Ecosystem Tier

Our premium tier delivers complete digital transformation including website development, integrated marketing automation, AI-driven customer journey mapping, ethical retargeting, and carbon-neutral campaign management. This tier includes strategic consulting and integration with VTLU's healing, educational, and sustainability offerings for holistic brand evolution.

3. Service Terms & Conditions

Subscription & Billing

All services are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 7 days before the next billing cycle. First-time clients receive a 50% discount on their first month as part of our launch offer. Lifetime pricing lock guarantees your rate will never increase as long as your subscription remains active.

Service Delivery Timeline

Content deliverables are provided according to the schedule outlined in your service tier (e.g., 20 posts/month, 4 blog articles/month). Initial setup and onboarding typically require 5-10 business days. Rush delivery is available for an additional 25% fee with 48-hour notice.

Revisions & Modifications

Each deliverable includes up to 2 rounds of revisions at no additional cost. Additional revisions are billed at €50 per hour. Major scope changes require a new proposal and may affect pricing. We encourage collaborative feedback to ensure deliverables meet your expectations.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel their subscription at any time with 7 days' written notice. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months. Upon cancellation, clients retain access to all delivered content and assets but lose access to ongoing support, analytics, and automation services.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, brand guidelines, access credentials (social media, website, analytics), and approval for content publication. Delays in client feedback may impact delivery timelines. Clients must ensure all provided materials (logos, images, copy) do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.

Clients are expected to maintain active communication through our designated channels (email, project management platform, or scheduled calls). Failure to respond to requests for information within 5 business days may result in project delays or suspension of services until communication is re-established.

5. Performance Guarantees

While we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes (sales, leads, conversions), we guarantee delivery of all contracted deliverables on schedule and to professional quality standards. We provide transparent performance reporting and work collaboratively to optimize campaigns based on data insights.

If deliverables fail to meet agreed-upon quality standards, we will revise them at no additional cost until they meet specifications. In the rare event we cannot deliver contracted services, clients will receive a pro-rated refund for undelivered work.

6. Limitation of Liability

VTLU's liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client in the 3 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits, business interruption, or data loss. We maintain professional liability insurance and operate in accordance with industry best practices.

Clients indemnify VTLU against claims arising from client-provided content, instructions to violate platform policies, or misuse of delivered services. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate contracts if client requests violate our ethical standards, platform terms of service, or applicable laws.

7. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). The arbitration will be conducted in English, and the seat of arbitration will be Paris, France.

This agreement is governed by French law. Any legal proceedings must be initiated within 1 year of the dispute arising. Both parties waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits related to these services.
